2 cups grated sharp cheese
1/4 lb butter
48 pimiento green olives
1 cup flour
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put the cheese and butter in a food processor, and blend until smooth. Add the flour and mix well. Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut the dough into 2-inch squares and wrap a square around each olive, sealing
