SWISS CHEESE PUFFS
1 loal sliced party rye (sm.squares)
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 bar Swiss cheese, sliced In thin to med. pieces
1/4 C. onions, chopped
2 T. parsley, chopped
Preheat broiler. Place party rye on cookie sheet or broiler pan and toast on one side only. Remove from broiler, place on side. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, onions and parsley together. Turn rye bread over so un-toasted side is up. Spread with mayonnaise mixture and add a slice of Swiss cheese to each piece. Place under broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
