Cream Puffs

1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 butter
4 eggs

Heat water and butter to rotting boil. Stir in all flour at once. Stir in all flour all at once. Stir constantly over low heat until mixture leaves side of pan and forms a ball, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Beat in one egg at a time. Whip until smooth. Drop from spoon onto ungreased baking sheet 3 inches apart. Bake at 400* for 40 minutes. Let cool, then fill with your favorite titling. They are also good with tuna salad filling.
