Devious Deviled Eggs

6 eggs
1 cup mushrooms -- fresh
3 tablespoons onion -- minced
1 tablespoon pickle relish
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard -- OR
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon fat-free mayonnaise

Boil the eggs for about 5 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes.

Meanwhile place the remaining ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Slice the eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the yolks & send to your in-laws or give to your neighbors dog. Fill the cavities with the filling. Chill before serving.
Makes 12 deviled eggs.
