1 package Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® yellow cake mix
1/4 cup margarine or butter, * melted
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup butterscotch-flavored chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
6 cups Rice Chex® cereal
2 cups salted dry-roasted peanuts
Heat oven to 350°. Stir together cake mix (dry), margarine and egg. Press in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until marshmallows puff.
Microwave butterscotch and chocolate chips uncovered in large microwavable bowl on Medium-High (70%) 1 minute; stir. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes longer, stirring every 30 seconds, until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in cereal and peanuts.
Immediately spoon mixture over hot marshmallow layer. Let stand 1 hour; cut into 60 bars. Refrigerate until set. Store covered. 60 bars.
