Impossible Pumpkin Pecan Pie

1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
15 ounces pumpkin
12 ounces evaporated milk
3/4 cup pecans, chopped

Prheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 10-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
Stir all ingredients except pecans. Stir in pecans and pour mixture into prepared pie plate.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream, if desired. Cover and refrigerate any leftover pie. Serves 8
