Apple Crisp

4-5 apples, unpeeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices (about 4 cups sliced)
1/2 cup water
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup plain flour
1 cup sugar
1 stick of butter or margarine

Place apples in a greased 9-inch dish. In a small bowl, combine water and cinnamon; pour evenly over apples.
In a bowl, combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 350 degrees F, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
