Creamy Baked Chocolate Cheesecake

1-1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 margarine or butter, melted
2 [8 oz.] cream cheese, softened
1 [14 oz.] can Creamy Chocolate Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 eggs
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Preheat oven to 300 deg. Conbine crumbs, sugar, and melted margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9 inch springform pan. In mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add eggs and cornstarch, mix well. Pour into pan. Bake 55 min or until center is set. Cool, chill. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes one 9 inch cheesecake
