Oreo Delight

1 pkg. Oreo Cookies 1 stick oleo
1 lg. pkg. Instant Choc. Pudding 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar 16 oz. cool whip

Crush 2 rows of cookies in a freezer bag.   Melt stick of oleo & mix with crushed cookies.  Spread evenly in bottom of 9x13 pan.  Place in freezer until hard.  Mix pudding according to pkg. directions.  Set aside.  Mix cream cheese, sugar, & over half of cool whip.   Place a layer of cool whip mixture over cookie crust.  Add a layer of pudding over this.  Layer cool whip mixture.   Layer pudding mix.  Place remaining cool whip over this.  Crush remaining cookies & sprinkle on top.    Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.You may substitute other Instant pudding mix as desired.
