Grass Pie

• 30 standard sized marshmallows
• 1/2 Cmilk
• 2 ounces creme de menthe
• 2 ounces creme de cacao
• 1/2 C heavy cream, whipped
• 11/2 Cup crisp chocolate cookies crumbs
• 1/4 C powdered sugar
• 6 tablespoons melted butter
• grated bitter chocolate

Combine cookie crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted but~er in a pie pan. Bake 10 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool. Combine marshmallows with milk and melt over direct heat, stirring constantly. Add liquers and mix well. Remove from heat, place pan in cold water and beat a few minutes to cool, then place in refrigerator to chill. After 45-60 minutes, when mixture has stiffened, beat with rotary mixer until mixture is quite light. Fold in whipped cream and spoon mixture into chocolate crumb crust. Chill overnight and garnish with grated bitter chocolate.
