CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine crust ingredients, and press onto bottom of 9" springform pan.
Set aside.
Combine cheese and sugar, mix until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mix after each.
Blend in chips and vanilla; pour over crust.
Bake at 450* for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 250* bake for 35 minutes.
Loosen cake from rim of pan, cool before removing rim.
Chill before
serving. Makes 12 servings.
