Beer Hall Pie

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lb. ground round
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 Tables. salad oil
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup Bisquick
3 Tables. catsup
1/4 teasp. pepper
3 Tables. salt
1/3 cup milk
Paprika and parsley

Combine Bisquick and milk and stir to make 'dough'.
Pour into 9 inch pie pan and spread with hands to form crust.
Heat oil in skillet, saute beef and onion until brown.
Stir in salt, pepper, catsup and 2 Tables Bisquick.
Fill pie shell with meat mixture.
Blend eggs with cottage cheese and pour over meat mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Serves 4-6..
