Stuffed Baked Potatoes
4 white baking potatoes
3 TBS chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/3 cup grated cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup margarine
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Bake potatoes until done. Cool 15 minutes, cut potatoes in halves, then scoop out the inside (keep shells). Combine margarine, Accent, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mix well.
Stir in grated cheese, green onion,
beaten egg, and cooked, crumbled bacon.
Combine mixture with scooped out potatoes. Fill potato shells with mixture. Wrap loosely with foil. Freeze.
When ready to serve, bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour. Sprinkle tops with paprika
