SPAGHETTI

2 lbs spaghetti
3 teaspoons salt
3 lbs ground chuck
1 medium onion
2 carrots
4 stalks celery
1 family size can tomato soup
1 family size can cream of mushroom soup
2 large cans crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1-1/2 cups water
2 lbs Velvetta cheese

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Brown ground chuck IN skillet and drain grease. Chop vegetables fine in food processor. Mix all ingredients except cheese in large roaster. Bake 1-1/2 hours at 350°. Add cheese and bake 1/2 hour more. Serves a crowd of about 25 to 30.
