Stuffed French Toast

8 slices bread
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
12 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. maple syrup
¼ tsp. salt

Cube bread and cream cheese. Place ½ of bread into 9x13 pan, layer cream cheese on top, then place the rest of the bread on top of the cream cheese. Beat eggs and add the milk, syrup, and salt. After mixing well, pour egg mixture on top of bread in pan. Refrigerate overnight. Before placing in oven, sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
