Peasant Bread

1 1/4 cups Water
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
3 Tbsp. Molasses
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Bran flakes
1/4 cup Cracked Wheat Cereal
2 Tbsp. Poppy Seeds
1 Tbsp Flax Seeds
1/2 cup Walnut pieces
1 Tbsp. Vital Wheat Gluten
1/4 cup Rye Flour
2 3/4 cups Bread Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Yeast

Place room temperature ingredients in bread pan in the order listed. Select Basic/White cycle, Medium crust. Check dough consistency after 5 minutes of kneading, making adjustments if necessary. When cycle is completed, remove from pan; cool on rack..
