Banana Bread

Makes one 1-lb. loaf

1 2/3 cups Bread Flour
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup (mashed) ripe Bananas
2 Tbsp. Honey
1 large Egg
1 Tbsp. Water
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Yeast

Place room temperature ingredients in bread pan in the order listed. Select Basic/White cycle, Medium crust. Check dough consistency after 5 minutes of kneading, making adjustments if necessary. When cycle is complete, remove from pan; cool on rack..
