POTATO ICEBOX ROLLS
Breads made with potatoes have an extra rich, yeasty flavor and a delicate texture.
In this recipe, you can substitute instant mashed potatoes if you absolutely have to (but it s worth the extra few minutes
to cook and mash the real thing).
If you do use instant potatoes, dont forget to use one cup plain cool water, because you won have any potato water.
50 or 60 rolls, so you may want to halve the recipe (or freeze the extra rolls).
