Oven Garden Omelette

10 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
4 cups fresh or frozen assorted vegetables*, cooked and drained
1 jar (27.7 oz.) Rag Old World Style Pasta Sauce

* Broccoli, red or green bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, spinach.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a large bowl, thoroughly beat eggs and milk. Add basil, cheese, vegetables and 1 cup sauce; stir to mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into a greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until omelette is set. Meanwhile, heat remaining sauce over low heat. Serve omelette with heated sauce.
