Streusel-Pudding Coffee Cake

2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup milk or cold water
1 package (3 3/4 ounces) instant pudding and pie filling (any flavor)
Streusel Topping

Cut 2 tablespoon firm margarine or butter into 1/3 cup Bisquick baking mix, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon until crumbly.
