Orange-Walnut Cake


3 cups Bisquick baking mix
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup chopped nuts
syrup (below)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches. Beat all ingredients except syrup in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl frequently, 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 2 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Immediately por hot syrup evenly over cake. Serve warm or cool.

Syrup
Heat 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon grated orange peel and 1 cup orange juice to boiling, stirring occasionally. Boil 3-4 minutes.
