Pudding Bundit Cake


3 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 package (3 3/4 ounces) instant pudding and pie
filling (any flavors)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
glaze (listed below)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12-cup bundit cake pan. Beat all ingredients except Glaze in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 4 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Cook completely. Spread with Glaze and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Glaze
Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 1-2 tablespoons milk until smooth and of desired consistency.
