Black Bottom Cheese Cupcakes


1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tea. baking soda
1/2 tea. salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 tea. vanilla
1 tea. vinegar

FILLING:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 tea salt
Chocolate chips

Combine and blend all ingredients for bottom. Fill tiny cupcake papers half full (or regular size 2/3 full). Combine and mix well all ingredients for filling. On top of each cupcake, drop filling (1/2 tea. on tiny ones; 1 tea. on regular size) and 4 to 8 chocolate chips. Cooking time: Little ones 15-18 minutes, regular 20 to 25 minutes. Temperature 350 degrees
