Fudgy Cake

1 chocolate pudding (not instant) 6 serving size
2-1/2 c. mild
1 chocolate cake mix, 2 layer size
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Prepare pudding according to directions on package, using only 2-1/2 cups of milk.
Add cake mix to hot pudding,
Mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 12 pan.
Sprinkle walnuts over top and scatter chips over this.
Bake @ 350 for 30-40 min. or until done.
Serve warm with whipped cream or cold as a regular cake.
