Choco-Nana Cake


1/4 cup oil
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, Hershey
3/4 cup water
2 med. sized ripe bananas
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
pinch salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mash bananas and oil together, then add sugar, egg and water.
In separate bowl mix flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder together then gradually mix into liquid until smooth and creamy.
Spread evenly into greased/oiled 8-9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes or until cake tester inserted in centre come out clean.
Cool.
Either frost with low fat frosting or sprinkle with icing sugar/powdered sugar.
