PISTACHIO CAKE

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box (4 oz) Pistachio Instant Pudding
3 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped nuts

combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 min. Pour into 9X13 inch dish. Bake at 350* for 30-35 min or until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Let cool. Frost with recipe below.

Frosting:
1 pkg dream whip
1 pkg pistachio instant pudding
1 1/2 c. cold milk (use 2% or whole)

Mix pudding mix with milk then add dream whip. Frost cake and refrigerate.
