Banana Chocolate Chunk Cake

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sour cream
11/2 cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
3 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1 cup mashed, very ripe banana (about 4)

Beat butter with granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at time and add vanilla. Beat in sour cream. Combine flour, baking soda and chocolate. Add to butter mixture, alternately with banana stirring until flour is just incorporated. Scrape into a buttered 8-inch square baking pan.
Bake in 350F oven for about 30 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Cool in pan on rack.

Icing:
1/2 cup butter, softened
11/2 cups icing sugar
3 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Beat butter until light. Add icing sugar and chocolate and beat until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled cake.
