BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE


1 (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
2 large cans condensed milk
1 large egg
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 stick butter
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. extra sharp cheese, grated.
1/2 c. Colby cheese, grated.
1/2 c. Muenster cheese, grated.

Cook macaroni 6 minutes, drain, let stand 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Mix all cheese, put aside 1/4 extra sharp for later. Mix other ingredients, adding to macaroni and cheese. Pour mixture in a well greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
