Chicken Casserole
4 boiled & deboned chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes & chilis
10 oz. milk
1 small diced onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
Boil chicken, cool, debone
Mix soups, Rotel tomatoes with green chilis, milk, onion
Place cut-up pieces of chicken in bottom of casserole dish
Salt & pepper
Put layer of Nacho Cheese Doritos on top of chicken
Pour half of soup mixture over this layer
Put another layer of Doritos & cover with remaining soup mixture
Top with grated cheese
Bake at 350° F until cheese melts & soup is bubbly
