Peanut Butter Kisses Cookies

2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tarter
2/3 cup sugar
cup Creamy or Super Chunky Peanut Butter

In a small bowl with mixer at high speed beat egg whites and cream of tarter until mixture holds stiff peaks when beater is raised. Add sugar, 1 Tbs. at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating mixture holds very stiff peaks when beater is raised. Lightly fold in peanut butter just until mixed. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake @ 300 oven 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies
