Pudding Cookies

1 package instant chocolate pudding
3/4 cup Bisquick® baking mix
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 Egg

Blend all ingredients together until firm. Form 1 inch balls. Place on parchm>ent lined baking sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 ° for 8 to 10 minutes.
