1 small package of chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup powdered sugar
3 cups small marshmallows or 36 large cut in small pieces
In double boiler, melt chocolate chips and butter; cool. When cooled, blend in beaten egg. Add sugar and rnix. Stir in marshmallows. Form rnixture into 2 rolls, roll in coconut on waxed paper. Use the waxed paper to wrap around the rolls and chill. Slice when ready to serve.
