Back To School Cookies

1 C. Crisco
1 egg
3/4 c. undiluted evaporated milk or 1 C. sour cream
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. raisins
3/4 tsp. vinegar
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. molasses
3 C. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Cream Crisco and sugar. Add egg and molasses; beat well. Stir in vinegar, sour cream or evaporated milk. Mix and sift dry ingredients; add to molasses mixttire. Drop from teaspoon on greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen.
