TEA COOKIES

Stir first 3 ingredients until dissolved in double boiler. Add next 3 ingredients. Pack this mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 inch pan. Cool. Cream together powdered sugar, 1/4 cup butter, instant vanilla pudding and milk. Spread evenly and careflilly over first layer.

Melt semi-sweet chocolate and 2 tablespoons butter and pour evenly over top. No baking! You're done? Just chill it a bit so you can slice it easily into 1-2 inch squares.
