Baked Apples
Preheat oven to 360. Wash and core apples. Cut about 1/2 inch peeling from stem end of apples. Place in a baking dish, stem end down. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the baking dish. Combine margarine, nutmeg, cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla. Divide mixture equally into the apples. Bake until apples are tender.
