1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
2 squares Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/4 cup milk
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 tub Cool Whip Chocolate Whipped Topping thawed
2/3 cup Semi-Sweet Real Chocolate Chips

Mix crumbs and margarine in small bowl. Press into bottom of foil-lined 8-inch square pan.

Microwave chocolate squares and milk in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Stir in marshmallows until slightly melted. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until cool, stirring occasionally. Gently stir in 2-1/2 cups of the whipped topping and 1/3 cup of the chips. Spread over crust.

Spread remaining whipped topping over top. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup chips. Garnish with additional graham cracker crumbs and marshmallows.

Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm. Cut into squares. Store in Freezer.
