Hot Cocoa

1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

In a medium saucepan stir together sugar and cocoa powder. Gradually stir in milk till smooth. heat over medium heat till warm Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Microwave Directions:
In a 4-cup measuring cup combine sugar and cocoa powder. Gradually stir in milk till smooth. Cook, uncovered, on High (100%) for 6 to 8 minutes or till warm, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla. This not a super sweet tasting cocoa but it does taste chocolately. I add a packet of Equal to my serving of hot cocoa for a sweeter taste.
