Chocolate Frosting
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine
Combine all of the above ingredients in a saucepan and bring mixture to a boil. Allow to boil for a minute and then remove from the heat. Allow to cool slightly and then beat with
a mixer until it is thick enough to spread on a cake! (no mention of icing sugar)
