1 large clove garlic, minced
2 (14 1/2 oz) cans Italian style diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tsp sugar
Cook garlic over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and juices and sugar.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Thaw in refrigerator a day before serving.
Reheat when completely thawed.
