QUICK FUDGE SAUCE
1. In medium saucepan, place chocolate pieces, corn syrup and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

2. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture is well blended and warm. Serve warm over ice cream or other desserts. Cover; refrigerate leftover sauce. About 2 cups sauce.

To reheat: Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until warm.



Brown Sugar Frosting

3/4 CUP brown sugar
1/4 CUP milk
1/2 CUP butter melted
1 CUP pecans, chopped

Blend all of the ingredients together.
