Italian Salad Dressing

1/2 cup dried marjoram
1/4 cup dried basil
1/4 cup dried oregano
1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 Tbsp dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Combine all and package in a tightly closed container.

Italian Salad Dressing:

Combine 1 1/2 Tbsp dressing mix with 1/4 cup wine vinegar, about 1 Tbsp water and 3/4 cup vegetable oil or commercial oil and vinegar dressing. Shake well and season with salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 1 cup of dressing.
