- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 1/2 pound fresh green beans, diagonally sliced into 1/2"
- 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup Lawry's Stir-Fry Oriental Style Cooking Sauce
In wok or large skillet, heat oil. Add beans and stir-fry
until just tender yet colorful. Add mushrooms and almonds; continue to stir-fry until mushrooms are tender. Add Stir-Fry Oriental Style Cooking Sauce. Serve immediately.
Serve over hot cooked rice as an entree. Home
