SOUTHERN PIE CRUST
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco
6 Tbsp. water
Sift together flour and salt. Cut in Crisco with pastry cutter until Crisco is the size of small peas. Cut in the 6 tablespoons of cold water, just until it all holds together. Do not over mix. Roll out on pastry cloth. Makes 1 double crust.
