Potato Deluxe

2 c potato chips
2 lb.hash browns
12 oz cheddar cheese; shredded
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt sour cream
1 onion; chopped

Mix together,put in 9 x 12 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes



Pot Hole Potatoes

2 c. mashed potatoes
1 lb. Polish sausage
1 green pepper; diced
1 med. onion; diced

Brown Polish sausage in a saucepan, add pepper and onion.
Cook until vegetables are soft.
Drain well on toweling.
Grease muffin pans.
Place mashed potatoes in muffin pan.
Scoop out center of each and fill with sausage mix.
Bake 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
