Muffins

• 2 tb Sugar
• 3 c Master mix
• 1 c Skim milk
• 2 Egg whites

Preheat oven to 425 F.
Add sugar to Master Mix.
Combine milk and egg whites.
Add to Master MIx, stirring until flour is just moistened.
Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 mins.
YIELD: 12 Muffins
