1 PAN BANANA BREAD

1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 1/3 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease bottom of 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Mix all ingredients in pan with fork, beat vigorously for 1 minute. Bake until wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes Cool for 5 minutes. Run knife around edges to remove frorn pan.
