- 1 Tbs VEGETABLE OIL
BEAT DOUGH UNTIL SMOOTH & ELASTIC. ADD 1/2 CUP MORE FLOUR OR ENOUGH
TO MAKE A STIFF DOUGH; TURN ONTO FLOURED CANVAS OR BREAD BOARD &
KNEAD UNTIL SMOOTH. IF 2 LARGE PIZZAS ARE TO BE MADE, CUT DOUGH IN
HALF; SET ON ADIE & MAKE THE OTHER INTO A BALL. ROLL INTO A ROUND
SHEET & TRANSFER TO A GREASED 13" PIZZA PAN; PUT & STRETCH DOUGH
GENTLY TO FIT PAN, TURNING UP EDGES 1/8". SPRINKLE SEASONED MEAT OVER
DOUGH, CHEESE AND SAUCE, SPREADING IT WELL TO MARGINS. BAKE IN A
PREHEATED OVEN AT 450 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES.
