Honey Pecan Roll


1 (8 oz.) package refrigerated crescent rolls
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
Honey

Unroll crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface, and press perforations to seal. Roll dough into a 14 x 9-inch triangle. Combine 1/2 cup pecans, sugar and butter in a small bowl; spread over dough. Roll up, jelly roll fashion begining at a long end; pinch ends to seal. Place seam side down in a crescent shape on a greased baking sheet. Brush with honey, sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup pecans. Bake in a 350 degree (F) preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown; cool 10 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 1 (14-inch) roll.
