Poppy Seed Bread

3 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 1/4 Cups Sugar
1 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
3 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Teaspoons Almond Extract
1 1/2 Teaspoons Butter Flavor Or Vanilla Extract

In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, oil and extracts. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into two greased 8x4x2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Yield 2 loaves. Yield: "2 Loaves"
