Mexican Style Bread Topping
1/4 pound butter (1 cube)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) can diced chiles
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
1 loaf Italian or French Bread
Cut loaf in half lengthwise.
Mix all ingredients and spread on bread halves.
Bake in a 350 degree (F) oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
